The use of the vinnicombes.com web site is on condition you agree to the terms and conditions of vinnicombes.com which from time to time are subject to change and that any future use of the site will renew such an agreement.

Vinnicombes.com is a UK based company and any subsequent disputes or claims arising from the use of this site must be made and settled under UK law.

Ordering
• We will not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and we reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this.
• Vinnicombes.com makes every effort to ensure the information listed on the website is accurate and up-to-date but there are times due to circumstances beyond our control when the vintage or price may change.
• We cannot guarantee availability of all products. In the event that a product is unavailable when you place your order, we shall contact you to arrange replacement, or another acceptable arrangement for the completion of your order.
• We reserve the right not to accept any order.
• The placing of an order anywhere on our website does not constitute a contract, which is made only when we accept your order and process payment.
• All goods are offered subject to availability. We cannot guarantee the availability of specific vintages.

Delivery
• For orders of all items (except Specialised Gifts or Ordered products) we normally guarantee delivery within 48 hours of your order.
• We may use an independent courier. All goods must be signed for on delivery. The courier will only attempt to deliver the product twice, after which we regret that you will be responsible for making your own arrangements with them for delivery. The products will be returned to vinnicombes.com and the customer will then be responsible for collecting the parcel from vinnicombes.com at their own expense.
• We deliver only to addresses in mainland UK (England, Wales, Scotland) and Northern Ireland. For the avoidance of doubt, we do not deliver to the Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands. Orders to the Scottish Isles, Isle of Man or Northern Ireland will attract an additional surcharge. Please contact us at sales@vinnicombes.com for further details.
• Delivery times may be affected if there are stock availability problems or other unforeseen circumstances.
• For your security, the courier's paperwork must be signed, either at the recipients address or a neighbouring address in order to acknowledge receipt of the Product/s.
• For orders up to the value of £59.99 a delivery charge of £10.99. will apply.
• For orders to the value of £60 to £119.99 a delivery charge of £8.99 will apply.
• For orders in excess of £120 will qualify for Free Delivery.
• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm by Interlink. Vinnicombes.com do not offer delivery on weekends or UK national holidays. Please contact our customer services department for details.
• If there is any obvious damage to the content of the package, it needs to be noted on the delivery record.
• If the customer gives special instructions for vinnicombes.com to leave the parcel outside your house it will be left at the customer’s own risk.
• Vinnicombes.com must have confirmation of any breakages or shortages within 7 days of delivery, either by telephone, e-mail or fax. If bottles are broken or damaged in transit to the customer, vinnicombes.com are insured and therefore can give you a refund for the damaged goods.

Prices
• All prices are inclusive VAT.
• Promotional offers and prices are as stated, with no further discounts available.
• Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on this website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mis-priced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
• We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we accept your order. Where an end date is specified on any offer on the website, it is intended as a guide only. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
• The prices payable for the products that you order are clearly set out in the web site. If, by mistake, we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item concerned. All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated.
• The price of the items does not include the delivery charge which will be charged at the rates applicable at the date you place your order. The delivery rates will be displayed in the Delivery Section of the web site.

Invoices
• V.A.T invoices are available upon request, please contact sales@vinnicombes.com or please make your request in the special instruction box on the final checkout page.

Returns
• We will provide a full refund or replacement for any wines that are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• We may require faulty bottles to be returned to us. We will arrange this as necessary at your convenience.
• Vinnicombes.com consider your satisfaction with our products and service to be paramount. With this in mind if you are dissatisfied with the purchase you have made or the service you have received, please contact our customer service department on 01803 322213 or e-mail sales@vinnicombes.com. If you do wish to return any products to vinnicombes.com the order will be treated as a cancellation unless it is for the reasons defined below.
• Unfortunately being a perishable product, wine will from time to time be out of condition when you come to drink it. This is normally termed as 'corked' wine and occurs in less than one percent of wines consumed. If you are unfortunate enough to find a 'corked' wine within your case, please contact the customer service department. We will arrange for the wine to be collected within two weeks and your account will be credited immediately.
• If the product is delivered damaged or the wrong product is sent in error, please contact our customer service department and we will arrange for a replacement to be dispatched as soon as possible and for the damaged/wrong goods to be collected. If that wine is no longer available, we will offer an alternative product or give you the opportunity of a refund.

Cancellations
• You may if you wish for whatever reason cancel your order. The cancellation period is up to 7 working days from the day after you have received your "unwanted product". The bottles should remain unopened and intact. You can contact us on 01803 322213 or you can send an email to sales@vinnicombes.com.
• We will reimburse all monies for the product within 30 days from the date you notify us of the cancellation. The goods will to be returned to us at the customer’s cost. If the goods are not returned we will arrange collection and the collection cost will be deducted from your refund. Failure to return the goods, or make available for collection the customer is in breach of a statutory duty.
• If you fail to make the goods available for collection within 30 days of your notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods, at which point a new purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order at the price set out on the web site.
